      Pros

      Being that it was a small company, you got to know everyone. Decent pay.

      Cons

      -Unprofessional work culture -Lack of opportunity or growth -Extremely high turnover causing constant uncertainty -Poor communication among management -Benefits are lack luster -Poor leadership -Constant political conversations and arguments that you are forced to listen to every morning.

      You get a paycheck, but that is the bare minimum.

      Cons

      The absolute abysmal work environment from the worst work leadership on Planet Earth. Racism, Sexism...saying the homeless deserve to be dead...the worst people are in charge here.

      Pros

      Owner and Director fully support their employees diversifying their experience and knowledge by providing training and tools necessary and relevant. If you are a ‘go-getter’ type of mentality, you will thrive here…the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      Required time start is 7:45am every morning for meeting but it’s nice that all the teams feel the positive impact of communication. 90 day wait period before benefits kick in.
