Pros
Decently kitted out (I’ve seen worse) PTO and benefits decent with decent flexibility. Typically local work = home every night Company used to be awesome (CCSI) until this corporate nightmare took over and bought us out
Cons
Corporate overreach and interference in real world operation they know nothing about. Ridiculous Surveillance of employees use of company trucks, “speeding”, management was very out of touch with our needs in the field and we got the blame when timelines got blown up. Also pay was NOT based on merit, and very unequal treatment between different shops (PA versus IL)
