on time salary even its only about 20 K

Cons

spoil your carrier and humiliating recruitment process. I have suffered from 4 Technical interviews. All were humiliating and asking same technical questions again and again. its just torcher to your head and still no possiblilities of getting selected. Even MNC dont have more than 2 interview sessions. They will give you mental treatment.
