Cons Here comes the huge list 1. Dirty politics: The company has less than 20 employees and owner thinks as it is competing with google .a big Lol!!!!!! man grow up , you cant even stand to other companies in your area. 2. Increment policy : At the time of joining you may be told that we have 6 months increment policy . I bet you cant even get the increment letter even after 1 year and they will talk to you like it is in progress. (This is not even professional IT company) 3. Week ends : You will get alert on every friday that we are in serious trouble so please adjust and come on saturday.On satuday even boss will be absent(who told you to come) and you are alone in the office with no task and later you will be told that it was emergency but was solved. They dont have any value to resources and their timings . 4. Interview process : The most funniest part about this company is the interview process. They generally take only freshers (I was part of it) It takes atleast 1 (whole day) or 2 days to get selected. Are you mad to take interview for any fresher cadidate for 6 to 7 hours It includes the 3 hour apti + 2 hour tech interview + 1 hour managerial round (even MNC's too having 1 hour interview process) After all this madness they offer 2 to 2.6 lakhs per annum to selected candidate. (you will get 17 to 20 in hand ). I would suggest you not to jump in this mud .
