      Bad culture, management lack a unified vision. Everyone has a different understanding. Only the management favourites will survive. The rest will suffer if you are not in the inner circle. Bs coy n culture.

      Pros

      There is both guidance and autonomy, and I had a good experience with my supervisor who guided me through the initial phases of the role before allowing me to take over higher-level responsibilities.

      Cons

      As an intern, you cannot access any of the benefits available to full-time staff.
