Pros

Location is good. Decent benefits

Cons

Bad culture, management lack a unified vision. Everyone has a different understanding. Only the management favourites will survive. The rest will suffer if you are not in the inner circle. Bs coy n culture.

Pros

Official day starts at 8.30am. But people are quite relaxed about it and streams in between 9-10am. Usually shortly after arriving, people tend to go for tea breaks.

Cons

Back dated technology at work. No office communicator app, people rely on landline and mobile phones to contact one another. Politics is high within and across teams. People are always complaining that they are drowning and stressed out. But if you look at the pros, starting late and tea breaks probably can assist in relieving stress. However do note that no one will help you out or if they do, it's fake cause all the help you can expect is gossiping together. Little career progression. Hiring managers tend to sugar coat the company, the role and the JD. Irresponsible hiring. People managers should go on courses on how to manage and groom people. Some (caveat... not all I guess) of the good or better reviews here are faked by current employees. Some people in the company are rude and does not show respect to others. All kinds of swear words are used at work. Your life will probably be easier if you smoke. I guess people at Nets start smoking more after they started working here. Do expect people to talk in dialects. The Bro culture is strong. Attrition rate is terribly high. New blood refresh rate for some teams are unbelievable. The oldest employee in some teams are barley more than one year on the job. If you dislike someone enough, you can consider introducing them to the job/company. Salary is not fair to market rate.

Pros

benefits are not bad.

Cons

Very horrible manager, never take full responsibilities for her actions. Always pushing the blame to others. Bias as well. If xx doesnt like u means xx will find a way to tekan u. Tries to act so nice to u but come on its quite fake. Ppl can @@ through the facade. Wasted my time trying my best to serve such an incompetent boss. Probably has 0 EQ. IQ maybe not so high as well. Not sure how xx gets the position. HR shld take away the min 2yrs of working b4 u can ask for internal transfer.
