This makes the role valuable not only for existing professionals seeking to gain a deeper understanding of the field but also for graduate students looking to break into the buy-side industry. The culture at Neudata is highly positive/supportive. Research analysts receive guidance not only from senior analysts and associates but also directly from leadership. For instance, the Head of Research is an experienced professional in the investment vertical who provides advice not only for growth as a successful analyst at Neudata but also for personal growth by understanding what analysts would like to achieve. Although analysts typically have a primary sector focus, both the Head of Research and the Head of APAC encourage flexibility and allow analysts to explore additional sectors based on their interests. Overall, Neudata has been one of the best companies I have worked at. It’s a place where you literally get paid to learn!
