      Pros

      Easy to pick up shifts. Able to eat at work. Some clients are a true sweet hearts.

      Cons

      Many CPI issues whe it comes to clients becoming agressive. No true guideline when it comes to defending one self. Easy to be fired of incorrect ways of stopping clients from self harm, harming other clients, or staff.

      Pros

      Working with residents, meeting new staff every week. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      New staff every week, because no one stays longer than a month. The management is absolutely horrible and unqualified. Communication sucks. Some house are absolutely disgusting. Always working under staffed. Times where there are no nurses and house staff have to pass meds ( if they get packaged) .
