      Pros

      The majority of managers support work/life balance, the culture is amazing, the environment is very down to earth and comfortable

      Cons

      There were no downsides in my personal experience of working at Neutrogena. My problem was with a manager, who was not a true representation of what Neutrogena stands for and meant to me.

      Pros

      Talented and fun people to work with. Place where risk taking and failure was ok as long as learnings were identified and applied to future endeavors.

      Cons

      At times, decisions were slow to come by which made it frustrating if one is woking with tight deadlines.
