The management does not support its employees during the training/introductory period. They expect you to onboard instantly, an do not give any feedback. There is no work/life balance and most employees work more than 9 hours a day. There isn’t even a culture of taking a break for lunch. DO NOT accept an offer from a recruiter, their hiring managers a deceitful and misrepresent the position you are applying for.
