Pros
Most if not all the people I worked with were amazing and very knowledgeable in their respective fields. In the department o worked in the management was receptive of feedback.
Cons
Constantly understaffed and overworked, and after the layoffs early this year morale has felt at an all time low. The organization feels shifter from one that cares about its employees to one that only cares about the bottom line with the new leadership.
