Pros

supportive team, a lot of things to do surprisingly which leads to extreme productivity. plenty of warehouse trips which makes this job fun, helping out with office-wide events too.

Cons

some days are very slow, and if the business doesn't have much on their plate then you're still expected to show up and be ample for most of the time.

Pros

I got pizza a couple of times for lunch.

Cons

Kind of a random place with super high staff turnover. Being asked to do random tasks by people who don’t know what they want. They will be too busy micromanaging you to actually remember to train you for your job. In any case they will probably fire you a couple of days before probation ends then tell you in the exit interview all the reasons you underperformed. Instead of say performance managing & training you during the probation period. Actually had my college fired randomly one afternoon with no explanation to her or our team. She was just pulled into a room with HR & told to leave. Unsure if this was ruling by fear, a general lack of people management skills or just another day at new aim. If your an ambitious go getter probably give this places a miss.

Pros

monthly $20 staff lunch . Nothing much i can think of

Cons

Toxic workplace culture, poor work-life balance, and management that seems focused primarily on profit. Concerns regarding product quality, safety standards, and overall employee treatment. My experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this workplace. Only chinees can work in this place
