Love working here, but inflation has yet to be reflected in our salaries - Designer I New Balance Employee Review

It’s common for other tasks in the company to spill onto your plate so you need to protect your work/life balance at all costs. No salary adjustments to inflation have been made across the company. Disappointing when everyone I know working in the private sector and the government has received an inflation adjustment on their salaries and I’m over here cutting back to pay for the essentials. I’ll update this section if any changes are made.
