Great staff and school culture

higher pay and increased enrollment needed, especially post COVID

School is small and it is super easy to get hired here, and a fast commute.

Super low pay, you have no job security, you are forced to volunteer unpaid to tutor students after school, and interviews with admin are photographed and video recorded without your consent. The administrator's son should have never been allowed to teach here, stay there or work with students or be around them. The students are bottom of the barrel and there's lots of grade inflation and the students come here as they were kicked out of all other schools for behavior issues.
