      Pros

      You’ll love the kids. Very flexible

      Cons

      You dont get summers off , well you do because they will lay you off unless you’ve been there for years. If your not in the click people can be very catty. You don’t have a contract. People get fired for stupid things all the time that shouldn’t. You’ll either really enjoy or really regret working there.

      Great educational mission as an alternative school setting for ED and SPED students.

      Cons

      Crazy owner ruins the entire teaching experience! Kathy the CEO is a bona fide narcissist (Definition: narcissism is the pursuit of gratification from vanity or egotistic admiration of one's own attributes.) If you prefer working in an environment of professionalism and collegiality stay far away.

      Great kids, great co workers, bad pay

      Pros

      Students are awesome, teachers are also awesome. Everyone cares about the kids. Classes are from 1-5 kids at a time.

      Cons

      You can get fired at any time there is no conctract, you do not get paid for summers off. And you stay until five even though kids leave at 3. You also are required to clean the school, not just your classroom.
