Managers are either untrained in managing people or leave any knowledge at the door.

Appart from AME and paint the is no training.
It is Federally regulated which translates to fewer regulations when it comes to labour.
HR will regularly remind you that they are federally regulated.
New employees are often made fun of by coworkers and managers for their lack of knowledge despite no training program.
No improvement in how things are done for 20 years.
Very inefficient.
Company wide constant frustration.

Long drive from most centers for type of work and pay scale.
