Our management team continuously looks for strong candidates to build their teams and are very selective in their hiring process. Our managers make it a point to have strong relationships with newer and experienced agents. Our managers focus on training our newer agents to help them get off to a strong start and set them up for future success whereas our established agents generally do not require as much guidance. Each office offers classes and has full time development managers. Newer and established agents both have the opportunity to take advantage of these resources to give them the training and support they need.
