Terrible management and Service Leaders who don’t know how to lead. Pretty sure they only advanced because they stayed with the company for so long.
Had to endure listening to sexist and racist comments from a colleague and when this was brought to my SL she was completely useless. Went to HR and then became a pariah.
Only 7 sicks days per year which don’t automatically reset, so god forbid you have any health issues (you will be let go).
Managmenent doesn’t care about you as a human being, won’t make arrangments for you in case you or your loved ones have health issues.
This was my experience at the Melville GO.
