6yThank you for taking time to share your thoughts with our leadership. We appreciate your perspective as a current team member in our Windsor Mill office, and your comments do not go unnoticed.
We want you to have a positive workplace experience and are working on improving our company communication practices. Early this year, we shared a survey asking our employees about the areas they’d like to see NewWave focus on most, and communication was our top voted area of opportunity. In addition to establishing new communication strategies in collaboration with our Culture Consultant, we are closely monitoring workplace concerns in partnership with NewWave’s Compliance Department.
We are also focused on leadership development at NewWave and as a part of our structure for positive change, we encourage you to make sure you’re having regular one on one check-ins with your supervisor. If you have not yet held one this year, please send a calendar invitation for a face-to-face meeting so your concerns can be addressed as soon as possible.
