This is a very unorganized company! Belief the reviews that you read. Morale is horrible and upper leadership doesn’t care about their employees well being as their facilities are filthy and disgusting. Upper Leadership makes numerous knee jerk decisions and if you are not making an immediate impact they will quickly replace you, even if there has been some positive gains in some areas. They will give you no feedback or guidance. They pay slightly above minimum wage and the quality of associates is scrapping the bottom of the barrel.
