They pay double time on Sundays.
Cons
Chronic lack of communication between first and second shift. Lack of proper accountability between shifts as well, first shift is able to leave their work areas completely trashed and second shift is expected to clean up their mess. They will lie to you about when you're getting hired in. Management refuses to properly service and maintain machines and robots, which then affects the quality and numbers of operators, and will then tell operators to "just deal with it" Employer does NOT contribute towards employee Healthcare. Certain departments and positions are *forced* to work holidays that are guaranteed off on the holiday schedule
