Lots of overtime and easy

Lots of overtime, short breaks, 401k plan is the worst I have ever seen, managers favorite a handful of employees and resent the rest, HR is super stubborn and uncooperative, pay is not great compared to other companies.

They pay double time on Sundays.

Cons

Chronic lack of communication between first and second shift. Lack of proper accountability between shifts as well, first shift is able to leave their work areas completely trashed and second shift is expected to clean up their mess. They will lie to you about when you're getting hired in. Management refuses to properly service and maintain machines and robots, which then affects the quality and numbers of operators, and will then tell operators to "just deal with it" Employer does NOT contribute towards employee Healthcare. Certain departments and positions are *forced* to work holidays that are guaranteed off on the holiday schedule

Lots of overtime. There seems to be some cronyism. There seems to be no real vision for the future.
