Straightforward tasks: The daily work at the machines is easy to learn. Independent work: You can focus on your own station for most of the shift.

HR Favoritism: HR does not protect workers. They protect their own friends and family members. No Safety Enforcement: Serious issues like sexual harassment and equipment sabotage are ignored. Toxic Environment: Workplace mobbing and bullying are tolerated on the floor. Dismissive Management: Supervisors completely dismiss employee feelings and complaints.
