      Zero. Other than some of the students are amazing.

      Cons

      This place is unethical, racist, not safe for ANYONE of color. The leadership is dangerous. If you are white you’ll be fine (unless) you show any humanity towards others. I would love to see this place shut down. The students aren’t safe. Nothing will change. Read the other reviews. Don’t work here unless you’re wanting your spirit to be broken. AND THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE RETIREMENT.

      friendly staff, great students, nice environment to work in.

      Cons

      because they are short staffed, you will end up doing a lot of extra work in other areas besides your main job duties.
