* Great company to work for and have in your resume! (Worldwide company) * Bonuses are always good, but could be more generous. * Great people to work with in the company * A great amount of different errors occur, which means a lot of experience to gain. * Benefits are great.
Cons
* You will notice a small culture going, and you may not be part of it. * Pay could be better for the amount of software that you will have to support. * Raises are kind of very small, but they are something. * Promotions only provide a small boost in your yearly salary. * There is room for advancement, but it is scarce.
