I have been working at Amadeus full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

+ Fabulous workspace facilities, open plan office - light, airy and brand new. Ability to work throughout the building in a number of co-working-esque style areas or stay traditional - up to you. The Atrium is the focal point of the building

+ Friendly, family oriented work company culture with a positive approach to work life balance. Work hard, play harder!

+ On-site restaurant and coffee bar is well run with a first class service by the Hub team.

+ Continual delivery of live experiences on-site - hackathon, wellness days, training sessions, social events (movie nights, murder mystery evenings) and town hall talks.

+ Opportunity to be autonomous, outcomes focused with a mantra more akin to larger Enterprise brands. Positive experience.

    Cons

No real cons at the moment as the experience so far has been exemplary.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amadeus (Sydney) in October 2013.

    Interview

I had a phone interview. We were on the phone for half an hour. The interviewer was not native English speaker. Anyways, the questions were mainly based on the projects that I've been involved and a couple about C++ and database, general questions, nothing special.

    Interview Questions

    • There was nothing special, abstract class, database optimization etc.   Answer Question
