Newson Health is a Company that does not extend the same duty of care to its Employees as it does to its Patients. There is no accountability for poor Management decisions which often have a detrimental impact on members of staff. It is not uncommon for Managers to sanction Annual Leave simultaneously for members of staff in the same team and therefore, placing the remaining staff members under phenomenal pressure. Sometimes work had to be undertaken outside of my contracted hours for no extra recompense to simply 'keep on top' of the workload. There is no room for error in an ever-changing landscape when it comes to the Administrators. They get pulled up for the slightest error made, in an environment where it is often difficult to keep abreast of the constant changes taking place on a daily basis. A Company that does not realise that its Employees are its greatest asset and their welfare is therefore of paramount importance, is very short-sighted indeed! The aforementioned issues (together with additional ones), have already been brought to the attention of Human Resources and relevant examples have been duly provided.
