After moving to Colorado Springs a couple months ago, it was great to find a company like this. Everyone has made me feel so welcome. My supervisor is very understanding and caring. I have enjoyed learning new skills, and I feel like I could make this a long-term career.

Pay could be a little more competitive

I enjoyed my experience at NexGenPharma. I learned a lot, and really developed my skills as a scientist.
