The insurance benefits are good though that's about it.

Cons

Management is in complete chaos, highly unprofessional, and the two in human resources are condescending bullies that are real proud of these accomplishments. Hourly production staff are worn out and miserable (take note on breaks), many have been fired over false allegations, and favoritism is rampant.
