      Pros

      There wasn't any pro. I was looking for a job out of college with a Bachelors in Econ. They just said anything to get me on board since I had years of sales experience

      Cons

      It was door to door sales, they used urgency to pressure me into leaving the role I was in at the time, to start 2 days after the interview. Promising I'd be making 40k/year salary but they failed to mention salary, took 8 weeks to get my background check back ( so all my commissions were funneled through someone else who didnt actually pay me my earned income from their check made out to their name, owner told me to deal with the girl and nobody could help.)

      Pros

      The people here have made coming to work not only enjoyable, but rewarding. The support system here is like no other. Everyone makes sure you have all necessary tools to succeed and excel. It definitely makes sense if you aren't willing to put in the time or effort, you aren't going to learn, grow, and succeed. It is simple work, and the only reason I feel one wouldn't do well, or leave with a bad attitude, is basically because they didn't try or even listen. You aren't micromanaged so at the end of the day, the work you put in determines your own success. If you want or need help, the tools are there, you just have to be willing to go for it, ask, or simply pay attention.

      Cons

      The career path is very different than most. Since people have a good opportunity, I 100% would hold people more accountable for their actions.

      Reviewer, I want to take the time to thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback. I'm excited to see you highlight our people and the support system that we have in place. When I was creating my company, one of the things that I was looking to accomplish was to create an environment that promotes growth, fun, development and support. In addition, great point that in order to grow anywhere, it requires hard work and determination! Some people seem to think that you can accomplish success without those things but as they will soon find out, they cannot. In conclusion, thanks for the personal advice on what I can do to be a better leader for my people and all of the valuable insight that you provided. I'm sure that if you apply everything we taught you, you're going to go on to do great things in life; just don't forget about us little people when you're all big and famous ;).
