Pros
They will hire just about anybody, so if you need the money and like to learn how a poorly managed IT company works this is the place for you. There are bonuses, but only if you slave it out long enough. You'll meet many great co-workers. As an employee you'll come to realize they are charging their clients "industry standard" pricing, but they do not pay their employees "industry standard" wages. As a result, it shows in the work that is completed. The pro is that you'll learn quickly how well you are doing for the company. It's a 9 to 5 job if you like that sort of thing.
Cons
The pay is not anywhere near industry standards for the work you'll be doing. Even with bonuses. The owners value their image and brand so much that they are willing to post fake reviews on glassdoor all in the same day or two. As you can see, any smart job seeker will notice the fake reviews from the genuine ones by the wording that is used to describe the company instead of the job experience. There is no guidance, there is no focus on goals, this company could be so much more but they are blinded by close minded leadership.
