Pros

There's some pretty great people to work with at the company. Culture can be good or terrible depending on team.

Cons

There are certain protected people in the company that can't be challenged, and this hurts the company badly as they are the ones that aren't competent to be where they are typically. Work-life balance can be nonexistent, a coworker had weeks starting at 60 hours. Sales has a habit of trying to sell things that are impossible for the implementation teams to meet.

Apologies for the incredibly tardy response! You took a great deal of time to provide feedback, and we really appreciate it. The new leadership team that was appointed at the beginning of the year has been working diligently on all the points you have addressed and we hope you have started to see those changes unfold for you. We love the Peter Drucker saying "Culture eats strategy for breakfast..." and it is critically important to us that our diverse set of employees collaborate, communicate and work together and given the tools to perform their best. Please continue to provide us with valuable feedback by reaching out to your manager, HR or anonymously sharing insights through our internal feedback collector, Hatch.

Pros

Good work/life balance Exciting product Good benefits Management is open to interaction

Cons

Poor mentorship For some reason, we've had a hard time recruiting experienced people so resources in some areas are a little overworked

Pros

In most positions you've got a lot of freedom to perform tasks however you want; management tends to be loose enough where just about everybody has quite a bit of freedom. The company solves hard problems and executives (at least recently) are open to hearing new ideas and approaches. The company has made an effort in the past year to be more open about resolving historical morale problems, which seem to be pretty well enumerated in older reviews on Glassdoor. The market Next IT works in is rapidly expanding, and because the company is so small a single person can make a significant impact. People generally seem to like each other (at least when they're working in the same department). Lax dress code, flexibility in working from home or working odd hours, tons of PTO if you stick around for 5+ years.

Cons

There are a few solid managers, but most people don't have strong leaders or mentors Lots of variability in pay/job satisfaction/career path/team cohesion across the company Lack of structure - if you're not ambitious, no one is going to push you along
