Huge family culture - everyone from the team gets to know each other super well & become great friends, especially fuelled by twice-yearly gatherings of the entire company at the New York HQ. Next Jump is a company that pushes you hard to achieve your potential, and will always support you - making mistakes and learning from them is at the forefront of the company thinking, rather than hiding your weaknesses you are pushed to improve and overcome them. I truly feel that Next Jump will always have my back if I need it, and will always help me to be a better person. Giving back is a key part of the company culture - employees have opportunities to be hugely involved in social good like supporting local schools and charities, and employees have the power to influence these initiatives, or start their own if they see opportunity. Those three things - family, personal growth & social good - are the key defining points about Next Jump, and the reasons I am very happy to be an employee there!
