      Pros

      I can appreciate the transparency internally with business. OTP location is not bad. Coworkers were great. Great place to get your feet set in industry.

      Cons

      A strong lack of company culture. No room to grow. No mentorship with closed door management. Benefits are not competitive and pay is on the lower scale. Favoritism and rules “for entire company” (wfh, time in/out,etc) only applicable to some. Completely tone deaf.

      Culture is what you make it, and culture is what you contribute. Bring your fire, and attain any and all personal and professional goals. Multiple long-term co-workers with invaluable insight and learning opportunities. Weekly remote work days and occasional summer-Friday schedules enhance work-life balance and offset ATL traffic challenges.

      Working with disgusting men who make sick comments about underage girl traveling from town to town People in the office have poor communication skills and will throw you to the wolves to save themselves
