      onsite- gym and showers Great location for OTP commute! Bright and hungry junior staff Owner with vision and entrepreneurial drive Very casual work attire the norm

      Uninspired and uninspiring leaders. Lack of career paths and training. Closed-door culture.

      A Good Starting Place

      Pros

      I can appreciate the transparency internally with business. OTP location is not bad. Coworkers were great. Great place to get your feet set in industry.

      Cons

      A strong lack of company culture. No room to grow. No mentorship with closed door management. Benefits are not competitive and pay is on the lower scale. Favoritism and rules “for entire company” (wfh, time in/out,etc) only applicable to some. Completely tone deaf.
