The number one reason to work for Next Phase is the People. Every single person who is part of the NPE family is absolutely amazing in their own unique ways. We are a work HARD play HARD minded atmosphere. Our Culture thrives on comradery and likeminded individuals working as one. Amazing benefits, 401K, on site Doctors, and my favorite, the Gym, are just a few of the other reasons I choose Next Phase as my forever home.
