Culture of the company is welcoming and inclusive. My supervisor gives me flexibility to try new ideas and take the lead. Communication among the entire organization is excellent - we always know what is happening. Great teamwork!

Let’s be honest here. Bad experiences more often than not occur from negative mindsets. And in the instances where you have a bad experience even when you do everything right, that’s just how it goes sometimes. NextGen isn’t for everybody and you’ll find plenty of people who have had positive and negative experiences. I personally love my job and have no intention of going anywhere anytime soon but to each their own. Research this company on your own to determine whether or not it’s a good fit. I personally recommend them to anyone looking to build new skills but at the end of the day your decision should come down to your own research.

Deadlines can be a pain in the butt to meet.
