At Nexus, I felt fairly welcomed and well trained. The atmosphere was professional but not stuck up. A lot of training was needed for me to get to where I was comfortable with all the systems though, so expect to put in the work.

Slightly unorganized management. While most managers were great, some were lazy or flat out rude.
It’s a top tier range. You get hands on experience with many names in the industry. If you seek to learn, there are tons of opportunities.

Part time managers that do not know what they are doing and do not know how to lead from the front. There is no growth past key holder. Benefits like discounts and access to exclusive items are way better at other Gun ranges and stores.
