Pros

Summer hours are Mon-Thurs. Good hearted people that work there, unfortunately being taken advantage of by management

Cons

Extremely high turn over, unrealistic expectations, low-pay, messed up procedures that you will undoubtedly be blamed for and stressed out employees. During hiring process you will be told to take a ridiculous & useless online test and be categorized. You will be told the brand mantra over & over and it will start to feel like a cult environment. Health Benefits are worthless, if you think you will get a raise you will be disappointed. Positive Reviews are Absolutely FAKE!!! The HR manager quit and they had a difficult time recruiting sales people, so they set out to post BS reviews.

To address some of your comments: It is correct that we ask all potential employees to take an online assessment. This assessment gives us valuable insight into a potential hire’s work style and helps us better support, train and manage our employees. We, like many other world-class brands, do have a brand mantra or Core Values as we call them. They are the essence of our brand and we expect our team members to take them to heart. We are a company of 35-40 people and we try to provide the best health benefits for our employees despite being a small organization. - Marketing actually helps drive sales - I pitch products I believe in - Name recognition makes cold outreach smoother - Loyal clients return for new collections - Pricing is competitive enough that I don’t sweat quotes

Cons

All has been fairly good, nothing to get upset about.

Pros

Commissions on top of the base salary with benefits that are half paid by the company. Employees try to endure management's attitude because of the benefits. T the longer you work here, it just gets more and more toxic and feel that all that isn't worth it. You'll be giving out more than what you actually receive. so it's ok if you work for a short time, but not longer than a year.

Cons

It's difficult to work with a management who won't take accountability for their choices and decisions. They give you so much work to do then expects you to also clean up their messes! You will get berated if you can't cope up with all their demands, get yelled at for petty things, and even insulted and blamed even when you're not at fault! They always needed to pass on their incompetence to someone else and won't admit that they're not fit for the role!! It's not just difficult to work with them, but they're actually impossible to work with!!
