Pros
Company stability, good benefits, flexible work schedule, decent pay scales, annual bonuses, OT available.
Cons
Although OT is available, there is too much indirect/underlying pressure to work above and beyond your shift. Not a lot of respect for work/life balance. Difficult to use all of your PTO each year. - NO cost of living increases, just merit-based. - Artificial job titles by creating tiers within tiers to appease employees who do not have upward mobility. - Complicated management structure with multiple dotted-line connections outside of dept/division.
