Pros
Interesting product, pretty good tech leadership / product vision. Decent technology set, a good place to try some trendy Machine Learning / Mining Massive Data (I did not say Big Data as the latter is a complete marketing b/s). Good work/life balance in R&D department.
Cons
The management does not care too much about the technical side: the product is "sufficiently good" if it merely works. As a result there is no much space to develop yourself as a techie so NICE is a good place to start your career in IT or develop it from Junior to Mid-level. But your life will be boring at the higher levels.
