      Good Company, but big miss on maternity leave - Customer Success Manager (CSM) NiCE Employee Review

      Pros

      Truly a great company. One of the better companies I have worked for when it comes to Employee engagement. Employees are dedicated to clients. Flexible work schedules and I have the ability to work from home 100% of the time.

      Cons

      Maternity leave is ABYSMAL. For a company that values diversity, they do not cater to women very well when it comes to this aspect. 2 weeks for maternity leave is awful and steers a lot of women away.
