      Pros

      - work/team colleagues - Nice offices in a fairly good location. There's nothing else positive that I can add.

      Cons

      - management don't listen - awful pay reviews - management have favourites - management roles taken by people bought in from israel - top performers leave and not replaced - poor morale - too money orientated - no loyalty - closing UK R&D Centre & moving to India.

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage
