      Pros

      A lot of good perks, nice office space, good product, good employees

      Cons

      Management is weak and disorganized… they are obviously suffering from growing pains. Benefits are the worst I’ve ever had. PTO allotment is slim, only 10 days per year, 401k match is miserly(employer match doesn’t fully vest until you’ve worked there for 4 years), paid paternity leave is only 2 weeks, annual bonus is small when it’s actually paid out, raises are infrequent and very small.
