Pros

Luckily I have good team and matrix manager. Work-life balance.

Cons

It was a great company before the merge, inContact was the best company ive ever worked for. But the acquisition happened, former CEO Paul Jarman left and it instantly become the worst, perks and other incentives were gone along with Paul. Forcing people and threatening to work in the office 2x a week is sick, telling us that we will be terminated if we dont comply. Even we're in vacation we have to badge in, this is a joke. Like a power tripping company now. Salary is below average, no inventives for milestones. Company outings were gone. We pay for our own trip or events.

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
