Pros

Although my personal experience with the team I worked with at NICE was disappointing, I must acknowledge the organization's positive aspects. It is unfortunate that my personal experience with the team I worked with did not align with the organization's strong HR policies. However, it is important to recognize that these policies, implemented at an organizational level, can positively impact the overall employee experience for many individuals within the company. Please note that my review is based on my personal experience and does not reflect the experiences of all employees at NICE Pune

Though the organization has good HR policies but i had very bad experience with the team I was working with. There were no KPI's set for the entire team, and post 6 months m getting an update that my performance is not upto the mark. I dont get it when there was no benchmark set for us on what grounds the managers reviewed the performance. Also they do not have proper team management, and the managers were incapable of helping their juniors.. They don't even give you pip period if they have issues in the work performer which is ideally a process in all organizations across..Apart from all they give false commitment about the bonus part they it will be given on prorated basis which was never fulfilled during my tenure, I would highly recommend not to join this organization as people here are not trustworthy

Thank you for your review. We have an annual calendar of processes in place, to review our employees’ performance and align their goals with the company strategy as set by our leadership. We also have an annual calendar of processes in place, to review our employees’ performance and reward them accordingly. There is a broad merit process as well as bonuses, allowing for increases in pay. This has continued throughout the pandemic and even in today’s challenging market conditions, despite many other companies recently cutting salaries, laying off employees, decreasing bonuses or dropping them entirely. Please speak to your manager or HR business partner to discuss any specific issues that you have.

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
