      Can work from home 3 out of 5 days a week.

      Cons

      Low pay. Low increases. Does not invest in support and resources needed so employees can effectively do their job. Toxic culture. Toxic managers.

      With our NICE-FLEX hybrid model, our employees enjoy ultimate flexibility, spending 2 days in the office each week, and 3 days of remote work.
