2. Strict in and out timings, if you want to go late or leave early ask manager, no use of not following login and logout timings. It does not matter if employee leave at 2 pm 3 pm or 4pm he or she is going to login again after reaching to home. so employee can avoid peak hours of the traffic and come and go as per convivence.
5. People also working on weekends, with no overtime compensation
6. Long standup meetings 1 hour meeting is so normal to them, standup meeting totally lost the meaning
7. Everyone is scaring you your bonus will cut off if you fail to do this and that.
8. And the biggest disappointment like any other service industry here also not all treated as equally, US folks are like clients and have to work for them even if same we are working on same product. If they ping you at 9 pm in the night seniors in the team expecting us to respond as early as possible. I mean where is the work life balance?
