- please don't join this organisation they will literally tell you that 6 months are the period wherein you need to learn but they will start judging your work from 1st day itself without any proper product KT or process training.
- They will eat your bonus part of CTC by saying that your performance was poor even if your work is upto the mark without any issues being raised on your name.
- if they feel that you are not actively working on extra curricular activities they will create an environment wherein you will feel everyday is struggle for you and manager will start doing micro management, even if his own tasks are highly escalated he will judge you like anything and try to pin points those things which you didn't done instead of checking the things you did very well.
- this have very bad mangement with lot of politics
