Pros

None, it's a small company that discriminates against people especially your age.

Cons

It's a small company with a bunch of unqualified millennials who don't want to hire anyone above 30 because they think it's "THEIR" company. They feel threatened by anyone with professional skills above their age and openly discriminate against them. Human resources insults anyone who doesn't meet their age requirement and seems to have a problem with men with high skill sets. They just see it as a hang out and not a business. They think that Internet Guru's dumb advice of just hiring their friends is going to keep their boring tiny company afloat. They should be reported for discrimination. This is a common problem in Pittsburgh.

Pros

My direct peers and manager are incredible. The remote work and flexible PTO is a definite plus. I also believe in the product and solution that we are offering to our clients.

Cons

While I believe in our product, the current internal environment is characterized by significant instability. Over the last year, frequent shifts in upper leadership have led to a lack of strategic clarity for ICs and client-facing reps. Key concerns include: - Transparency: Frequent changes to quotas, policies, and compensation structures are implemented without clear communication regarding the "why" or a roadmap for success. -Compensation Alignment: Current trajectory suggests even top performers may miss their signed OTE by nearly 20% or more. -Resource Gap: Expectations have increased significantly, but without the necessary tools or commensurate incentives to reach these new targets. To maintain a high-performing team, there needs to be a better balance between aggressive goals and the support required to achieve them.
